Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel or change a plan, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

Changed phones? In Sumtown, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Restoring needs an internet connection.

No sound or speech

Tap the pause button in the game and check that Sound is on. On an iPhone or iPad, check that the ringer switch isn't on silent, since some browsers follow it. Speech uses your device's own voice, so it can sound different from one device to another.

Saved progress

Best scores and prizes are saved in the browser on that device. There are no accounts, so they don't move between devices, and clearing browsing data removes them.

Practicing certain facts

Open the page for what you want, like make 10, plus 5 or a single fact, and press play. The whole game then uses those facts.

Printing worksheets

Use the Print worksheet button on the sheet, which leaves out the rest of the page. Tick Answer key first if you want one. All worksheets.
